These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Generational Echo Holdings website, resident portal, and online rental application (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts and access
Some features, such as the resident portal, require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Rental applications
When you submit a rental application, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete, and you authorize us to verify it, including credit, background, and rental-history screening. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or the availability of any residence.
Rent and payments
The resident portal helps you record and track rent payments. It is a record-keeping tool and is not a payment processor. Payments made by Zelle or another method are completed through your own bank or payment provider, subject to that provider’s terms. You remain responsible for paying rent in full and on time under your lease, regardless of what is recorded in the portal.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours, disrupting the Services, or using them for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The Services, including their design, text, and graphics, are owned by Generational Echo Holdings and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Generational Echo Holdings will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they were last revised. Your continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
